“Over many years of being a customer of PowerBug UK I have experienced an excellent level of service and support and continue to own a trolley and golf bag. Recently I asked for a delay in delivery of a purchase which was accommodated immediately.”

“I contacted PowerBug to ask about a part for my trolley. The help and advice I received was beyond what I expected. The staff member Christian said they didn't have the part and not sure of when he could get one. I He phoned me back the next day saying he will try to make this for me. I received the part a few days after. I fitted it and it worked what a wonderful person he is and PowerBug is a company you can rely on always. Bryan Mortimer”

“Really pleased with the trolley, neat, sturdy and easy to use. Excellent customer service when I requested a minor repair to ensure the locking mechanism was working smoothly. No problem at all and returned promptly, working well.”

“After using the trolley with no problems for about 2 years rhe bottom elastic strap broke. 1 phone call and a new one arrived in the post the following day. Amazing service!! I must say I had two power daddy trolleys before and something went wrong with them at least every 3 to 4 months. The trolley has been great and even the purchase was a pleasure and trouble free. Thank you PowerBug for a great service Lionel of Bushey”

“The PowerBug Electric Golf Trolley is an outstanding piece of equipment that has truly elevated my golfing experience. From the first use, it was evident that this trolley is designed for convenience, performance, and durability. One of the most impressive aspects of the PowerBug trolley is its flawless performance. The motor runs smoothly and quietly, effortlessly handling even the most challenging terrains. Whether you're navigating hilly courses or uneven ground, the trolley remains stable and provides excellent control. The battery life is exceptional, easily lasting multiple rounds without needing a recharge. Over an excellent addition.”

“Purchased the water bottle holder for my golf cart. Absolutely fantastic even holds my large water bottle which is handier than having to dive into my bag each time I want a drink.”
