“Purchased a new lithium battery for my PowerBug Tour Pro. It only needed replacing due to it ending up totally submerged in a stream. I was also pleased to receive a discount as a regular customer. The new battery was delivered within 48 hours. Excellent service.”

“The power connector snapped off. They said it would be easy for me to replace and would send me the part but I opted to go to their place and let them do it. Done under guarantee. Stuff goes wrong. It's how it's handled that makes the difference.”
