“Brilliant trolley. Simple to unfold and get on the course. Folds quite small with the wheels removed it easily fits in my locker in club house. The battery is amazing cannot believe how small it is. Vrap system works really well. Definitely a great choice over the "top brands".”

“Very impressed and satisfied with my purchase, and especially the customer service. Would fully recommend as an more cost-effective/affordable alternative to other suppliers in the market. I ordered a standard lithium battery to replace a lead battery for my ProSport trolley (circa 5-6 years old). I had considered buying a new trolley outright but I have totally made the right decision. The trolley has had extensive use and is still in great working condition, the new battery (plus accessories I also purchased) is like having a new trolley, plus the battery appears more powerful and I believe with sensible use could get round 36 holes! I know this because I played 36 holes last Sunday, I only gave the battery a 30min charge between rounds and there was still at least half of the battery charge remaining. The accessories are excellent and good quality. I purchased the umbrella holder as part of a deal with the "Bug Bag" carry bag, plus the scorecard holder and drinks holder. They all fit, work, look and fold away with ease. Also very easy to attach. I mistakenly missed off the accessory dock in my order which is essential. I called PowerBug at 9am the following day (Friday morning) and explained I needed to add the item and also have the full order delivered by the next day (Saturday). Initially I was told they would arrive on Monday which was the next working day, but I said I would pay more to ensure they were delivered the next day. PowerBug went above and beyond... they included the accessory dock at no extra charge and also didn't charge me any extra to ensure the goods arrived before 1pm the next day, and they did. None of this I asked for so I am one very happy customer, well done and thank you!”

“I needed a diagnosis of the fault on my trolley, so I phoned PowerBug. Christian answered the phone and readily and pleasantly sorted me out with a new mini-battery on the handle. It took two days to arrive and twenty minutes to swap the new for the old. Well done PowerBug and Christian in particular.”

“Whilst on holiday at St Andrews, my (old) battery started to 'cut-out' after 16 holes. I 'phoned PowerBug, and, within 48 hours a new (lithium) battery arrived at my holiday address. Just brilliant!........which is more than can be said for my golf. Another satisfied customer.......keep up the good work”

“Bought my Powerbug as my first electric trolley after quite a lot of research looking at various models.. My course has some very steep hills and so I decided that downhill control and parking brake features would be most useful. Other trolleys had them but the GT DHC was the best value trolley with these features. The trolley is solid and well made - feels like a quality product. I've only used it twice the but its gone really well, with the features doing exactly what it said they would! The light battery made easy work of 18 holes, though you have to increase the speed/power a little to maintain speed on steep uphill slopes. I also used the VRAP facility to send the cart off on its own to the next tee which also works really well. If I have a niggle its that the speed control/start button is a little sensitive so sometimes when I press it to start I also accidentally increase the speed too so it shoots off in a bit of an unexpected rush! But now doubt I'll get more used to it over time. I also used it in heavy rain - the wheel grip was still good though it was hard to see the speed display as the rainwater collects on the screen which is a bit irritating but I expect would be the same on any trolley in those conditions. Overall I'm delighted so far with my purchase and would highly recommend.”
