“Outstanding customer service - I really couldn't have asked for better. Having received identical Powerbug items for Xmas they very happily accepted one back, and replaced it with an alternative. Also sent me a switch to replace my broken one - for free! - and when that didn't fit sent me another one. The staff were incredibly helpful and my experience has really determined me that I will replace my trolley with another Powerbug when the time comes. Well done everyone.”

“I had a slight problem with my GTX1, the motor was making a noise. I spoke to Christian who was incredibly helpful. He gave me instruction over the phone and established that the motor was faulty. He immediately posted me a new motor which arrived the next day. My trolley is now fine and I am very pleased both with the trolley and the great service.”
