“I contacted Power Bug recently as I was having issues with a battery charger which i had purchased only a few months ago. I was delighted the agent I spoke with on the phone, said he would replace the charger free of charge. the new charger arrived within three days. What a delightful company to deal with. On every occasion I have dealt with Power Bug, I have received, excellent service. Delightful company to deal with.”

“When my trolley blew over damaging the bearing on the front wheel, your staff could not have been more helpful in supplying an entire new front wheel assembly at a very reasonable price and in advising as to how to fit it which once we had undone two screws, was remarkably easy.”

“Great service . Took my trolley in as the hinge was playing up . They mended it straight away and fitted the new front wheels for me . No charge for repairs and discount for the wheels. No more mud clogging up . Always so friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent service once again. Battery charger was playing up and only delivering a trickle charge. Once inspected we agreed the best option was for a replacement which turned up two days later”
