“Great cart with small battery weighing around a kg. Play on a really hilly course but easily manages 18 holes. Light but very well made, locks in place for easy transportation and has a freewheel option just in case. Customer service from Jimmy was absolutely fantastic”

“Needed a replacement switch unit for my Powerbug trolley. Powerbug invited me to call by HQ where Christian dropped everything he was doing and fitted a new unit within 5 mins! Charge was only £24.99 - how much would a new trolley have cost? Brilliant customer service - many thanks.”

“My old power bug trolly finally gave up after about 12 years of hard graft. Fortunately I did not need a new battery or wheels and the sales agent at Powerbug was very helpful and empathetic when it came to obtain a new one. I was able to purchase a new GT unit without wheels or battery which turned out to be a great deal for me. Great service. The new Powerbug GT arrived two days later. Highly recommend.”

“My 18 month old Power Bug golf trolley's battery charger would not charge the battery. I telephoned the company and spoke to an engineer who told me the charger was faulty. He said he would post me a new one and it arrived in time for the battery to be charged before I next played.”

“Bought my trolley 4 years ago with no issues until recently. I needed a new start button and mechanism. They were sent out to me with no fuss and with a nice discount. I had an issue with the mechanism and a new one was sent straight out to me free of charge. Outstanding after care services. Thankyou”

“Excellent company great service and great trollies I’ve had mine 20 years, have only needed one new battery and when I recently damaged the speed control ( my fault) I received great advice from customer service and the new part arrived in 3 days as promised Would highly recommend them, a great British Company Les Ridsdale”

“Brilliant trolley. The best bit about it is the handle, which is a circular grab handle, rather than the handlebars favoured by the two market leaders. I hired trolleys while waiting for my new Powerbug to arrive, and without fail the handlebars caught in my trouser pocket and nearly resulted in a trouser version of the Bucks Fizz skirt routine. Bloody nuisance.”
