“I ordered a set of winter wheels for my old powerbug, when they arrived I discovered that they were for a more recent powerbug. When I phoned to request the correct ones, I discovered that they had consulted my recent purchases which I had bought for my son who has a modern powerbug. Because of this they had thought I had made a mistake. However they sent me a free return label and within 4 days I had the correct wheels. Very pleased with the customer service !”

“I received excellent help from a member of staff Christian. I sent him a picture of the part that I needed. Within an hour, I had an email Reply saying that the part would be dispatched the next day. It’s not very often you get service like this from companies but I have to say that Power Bug are an exceptional company. And their customers come first. I wouldn’t consider getting my equipment anywhere else.”
