“Brilliant service. Places order online 30 minutes after the Christmas delivery deadline. I followed this with a phone call to say what were chances of it getting to me & brilliant member of staff offered to put my order into the post that day on a next day delivery at no cost to myself. “Ordered my GTX1 trolley, waterproof cart bag and trolley cover bag on Thursday 13th Dec 2017 and received it all the following Monday as stated. Excellent service. The build standard and quality of all items is very good. Tried out the trolley and cart bag for the first time on Friday and it was so easy to use. The weight of the trolley is reasonably light and I had no problems getting it in and out of the boot of my car. The battery is very small and extremely light. It is also quick and easy to recharge. It powered the trolley over the 18holes of my golf course with ease and did not show any signs of reduced power capacity. Well done PowerBug, you have extremely good products at very competitive prices. I will be back in the new year for some hedgehog tyres”

“1st class, both the trolley and the service from PowerBug have been excellent. After reading lots of reviews online about many different trolleys, I decide to purchase a PowerBug GT plus. The ease of use and build quality have surpassed my expectations. The clever design allows for simple no fuss assembly and refold, with quick release wheels which can go from motor driven to push mode and back again with a simple click switch. Within minutes of ordering over the phone with a helpful and friendly member of the power bug team, I received my online confirmation and tracking numbers. The ‘bug arrived as planned but when the bag failed to turn up at it’s scheduled time, customer service chased up the courier who delivered it a few hours later. Had it not turned up, a replacement would have arrived the following day. Well done and thank you for an excellent product and service.”

“I received an e-mail with special offer and I was able to purchase over the phone as I was abroad at the time. This allowed me to decide a delivery date for my return to the UK. The trolley arrived on the specified date and, although I have not used it yet, I know that it will be good as I have used one belonging to a friend. In fact 7 out of 8 of my friends are now using them because they just work for our old arthritic backs!!”
