“The lithium battery was ordered over the phone at 14:00 and delivered at 10:00 the next morning. Also the salesperson agreed to supply it at the recently discontinued offer price. Great service and will recommend to friends.”

“I called in to buy some winter wheels - on promotion even though they are in season! They also replaced a headcover free of charge for my waterproof bag whose zip had broken. Excellent and friendly service.”

“Good advice regarding possible attempt to repair existing trolley which had worked hard for 8 years!!! It owed me nothing! Then excellent information and help to purchase a new trolley on a very good offer which I feel would take some beating by any other manufacturers !😀Very good value for money. Very friendly people to deal with.”

“very easy to assemble and does exactly what is says on the web site. Would like to have ordered a bag which was out of stock. see latest offer is a free bag with each trolley. Would hope I get an email when available at a good price”

“Initially I googled "PowerBug" and the first site to come up was American Golf, where I bought my PowerBug trolley 5 years ago. I was very irritated when I discovered that they don't sell PowerBug products any more. I then contacted your own website and the gentleman I spoke to explained the reason for my problem ad was, in every way, very helpful. The ordering process was simple and the goods arrived a day earlier than promised. I have now fitted the modified bag supports and also the battery holder for the smaller battery. It feels like a new trolley. I am delighted”
