“Customer service is excellent. Easy to get to speak to someone on phone. Very helpful, pleasant and professional employees! I have had my PowerBug trolley, battery and bag for 8 years. I recently ordered a new charger on line and accidentally ordered two. PowerBug phoned and emailed me to ask if I had intended to order two! I said no and they immediately refunded me the second charger. Thank you PowerBug. I would strongly recommend PowerBug equipment as I have found it extremely reliable and their after sales service amazing.”

“Very courteous and helpful advice to repair an axel, which, once ordered, arrived the following day. I did need all my strength to undo the screws, a bit like changing a tyre nowadays, but managed in the end.”
