“I spoke to a representative who was very helpful in explaining my battery"situation".I thought I needed a new battery (after 8 years!!!!! ).The delivery service was excellent,I received my new battery the next day,just under 24 hours from ordering to delivery !!!!!!!!!!”

“I got a great deal from them on a bundle inc trolley, Bag and accessories. They did not have any stock at time of order but a definite time of when it would be available. A few days before they mailed me to advise it was going to be 24 hrs late, compared to other sellers this is fantastic service, it wasn't good news but it was news keeping me in the loop. As promised it was dispatched and arrived in great condition and within the time frame advised. Used it at the weekend and all great as expected, great quality and easily as good as my friends Motocaddy's & Powercaddys. Very please so far.”

“When my PowerBug trolley collapsed mid-round I thought that would be the end of it after 7 years of excellent service. However, the problem turned out to be the central hinge which I was able to purchase at very reasonable cost, online and received in 3 days. I found a video on Youtube showing how to fit it and an hour later the trolley was as good as new. Excellent service. PS since buying a miniature Lithium battery it has transformed its performance”
