“Really disappointed, edited my photo on the website and approved it but when I received the confirmation email I could see the image hadn't cropped properly even although it looked fine when I ordered it. Emailed within minutes of receiving the email to get it corrected only to be told it had already been printed so I would receive it next day delivery. I didn't get it next day delivery and I have a photo I can't use. Won't be using again”

“I ordered 2x2” photos to use for a birthday party table centre piece. The company contacted me prior to printing of all the photos to check I was happy with a randomly selected number of photos, which I was and the finished products were great quality! “Good quality prints, 4 stars for 2 reasons, firstly the 2 panorama's were in a tube and the tube was so narrow that I couldn't get the prints out without fear of them becoming damaged so I ended up tearing the tube apart in order to get them out, secondly the borders on some of the prints were trimmed unevenly, wider on one side than the other. Hopefully this will be rectified in the future.”
