“The printing was really nice. The packaging was inadequate and the courier had done what couriers do best.....damaged it. Hardly surprising given how flimsy it was. I emailed post snap just to inform them the prints were damaged and not asking for any replacement but they didn't bother to reply so very disappointed. The card with the prints asked for a review to support 'our small family business' - sadly it will stay that way if this is the level of customer service.”

“I ordered photos for my sisters wedding and forgot some having to order last minute. Ended up ordering the wrong ones that they advised wouldn’t come in time and to re order different ones with a code so I don’t have to pay again. Excellent service, thank you so much”

“Perfect service, even emailed me to inform me that 1 of my pictures that I requested to be enlarge might be slightly pixilated and was I happy to continue with the order. “Fantastic communication. There was an issue with a few of my prints as the quality wasn’t great. I was kept well informed about the progress of my order and if I wanted to proceed with the order (which I did) Prints were delivered quickly and well packaged. Cannot fault this company. Will definitely be re ordering”
