“Good quality prints, 4 stars for 2 reasons, firstly the 2 panorama's were in a tube and the tube was so narrow that I couldn't get the prints out without fear of them becoming damaged so I ended up tearing the tube apart in order to get them out, secondly the borders on some of the prints were trimmed unevenly, wider on one side than the other. Hopefully this will be rectified in the future.”

“Absolutely thrilled with my photo 8x10. You also sent in a cardboard box which encouraged the PO NOT TO FORCE IT THROUGH MY LETTER BOX. Sadly I had just that with a beautiful card a few days earlier. The photo is lovely. And you were so prompt in development and delivery. I know now where to have my photos printed. Thank you for such a wonderful service.”

“Led to believe Postsnap did next day delivery as advertised on their website. Then after spending time uploading and editing photos, on check out, the speediest delivery was 3-5 days.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry if our delivery options weren’t clear when you placed your order. To clarify, we print photos 7 days a week and photo print* orders placed by 3pm are printed the same day. If customers select our Express Tracked delivery service at checkout, prints are normally delivered the next working day. Standard delivery is also available and this usually takes 3–5 working days, which is the good value option you may have seen during checkout. Please note that mini prints and Giclee fine art prints take an extra day in production but once printed they are also available for next working day delivery. We never want customers to feel misled, and we’ll continue to review our website to make sure our delivery messaging is as clear as possible. “I came across Postsnap by chance and tried them out and they have been excellent - they pointed out a problem with the quality of a large photo I wanted and suggested remedies. They followed my wishes to the letter. Their website was very easy to use and the photos I wanted came earlier than expected. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.”

“Arrived quickly and just what I wanted for my locket which was a birthday present last year. I was wondering how I would find photos small enough and found post snap online, they can convert any photo to locket sized. Brilliant, thank you 😊”

“The printing was really nice. The packaging was inadequate and the courier had done what couriers do best.....damaged it. Hardly surprising given how flimsy it was. I emailed post snap just to inform them the prints were damaged and not asking for any replacement but they didn't bother to reply so very disappointed. The card with the prints asked for a review to support 'our small family business' - sadly it will stay that way if this is the level of customer service.”
