“Website provides an easy to use selection of print options that cover most needs. Good guidance uploading image files with no complicated technical requirements. The service provided was as advertised with swift delivery of the prints. Very pleased with the results: accurate colour, contrast and brightness. Nice clean crisp print. Will be using them again.”

“Great photos and great customer service! From start to finish the process was straight forward and user friendly, ensuring thorough reviews of photos before printing and a range of printing options. I was especially impressed at the follow up email once the order was placed with a few proofs for review before the order was sent for print. Despite ordering after the 3pm cut off for next day delivery, I still recieved the prints the next day in time to put up ahead of family visiting.”

“This is such a delayed review but I’m still so happy with the product. I put my order in and was phoned soon after, just checking I had opted for the right print and after chatting we both decided to go for a different quality for what I needed it for. I was so impressed with the level of care involved and I the quality of the print when it came!”

“I ordered 3 12x12 black and white prints and I am genuinely very impressed with the quality. I was a bit nervous as they were just pictures from my iPhone but was blown away with the quality when I opened the package. Delivered quickly too!”

“Really disappointed, edited my photo on the website and approved it but when I received the confirmation email I could see the image hadn't cropped properly even although it looked fine when I ordered it. Emailed within minutes of receiving the email to get it corrected only to be told it had already been printed so I would receive it next day delivery. I didn't get it next day delivery and I have a photo I can't use. Won't be using again”

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. When an order is placed on our website, the cropping and positioning of the photo is chosen and approved by the customer before checkout. Once a customer approved order is submitted, it is sent to our print workflow after 30 minutes so we can offer same-day printing up to 3pm 7 days a week. Unfortunately, this means sometimes we’re unable to make changes to personalised orders like yours after 30 minutes. We will always try to be flexible and if the order has not been processed for printing or printed we can try to cancel it and give you the opportunity to make changes and submit another replacement order without paying again. In this case, your order was printed promptly in line with our service promise, but we’re sorry if the final result didn’t meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and are proud that hundreds of customers have given us 5-star reviews on this platform alone for our quality and service.
