Really disappointed, edited my photo on the website and approved it but when I received the confirmation email I could see the image hadn't cropped properly even although it looked fine when I ordered it. Emailed within minutes of receiving the email to get it corrected only to be told it had already been printed so I would receive it next day delivery. I didn't get it next day delivery and I have a photo I can't use. Won't be using again

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. When an order is placed on our website, the cropping and positioning of the photo is chosen and approved by the customer before checkout. Once a customer approved order is submitted, it is sent to our print workflow after 30 minutes so we can offer same-day printing up to 3pm 7 days a week. Unfortunately, this means sometimes we’re unable to make changes to personalised orders like yours after 30 minutes. We will always try to be flexible and if the order has not been processed for printing or printed we can try to cancel it and give you the opportunity to make changes and submit another replacement order without paying again. In this case, your order was printed promptly in line with our service promise, but we’re sorry if the final result didn’t meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and are proud that hundreds of customers have given us 5-star reviews on this platform alone for our quality and service. Awful product. Poor paper, poor colour, no narrative printed that I had included in the online order. I will certainly not be using Postsnap again!

Our A4 hardback photobooks are produced with premium card covers and high-quality photo paper, and the vast majority of customers are delighted with the vibrant colour and finish – as reflected in the hundreds of 5-star reviews we’ve received. From reviewing the photos you uploaded, we would have expected bright, colourful results, so we’re unsure what has caused the issue you’ve described. Led to believe Postsnap did next day delivery as advertised on their website. Then after spending time uploading and editing photos, on check out, the speediest delivery was 3-5 days.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry if our delivery options weren’t clear when you placed your order. To clarify, we print photos 7 days a week and photo print* orders placed by 3pm are printed the same day. If customers select our Express Tracked delivery service at checkout, prints are normally delivered the next working day. Standard delivery is also available and this usually takes 3–5 working days, which is the good value option you may have seen during checkout. Please note that mini prints and Giclee fine art prints take an extra day in production but once printed they are also available for next working day delivery. We never want customers to feel misled, and we’ll continue to review our website to make sure our delivery messaging is as clear as possible. We’re very sorry to read your comments. All of our photo prints are produced as high-end silver halide photo prints in professional Fuji wet labs, using Fuji Crystal Archive and Fuji Supreme photo paper. This combination is chosen specifically for its excellent colour reproduction and durability, and we consistently receive positive feedback on print quality. As this review was left anonymously, we’re unable to check the specific order or the original files supplied, which can sometimes affect how colours appear in print. Really poor customer service. There’s no phone number to reach them if you have an issue like I did. My item was not delivered after choosing the Express delivery option as promised. No offer to resolve or to refund the difference between standard and express. I wouldn’t recommend.

We do offer Express Tracked delivery, and when this option is selected, our courier and ourselves provide regular updates via email and text (where a mobile number is supplied). We also send dispatch confirmations directly from PostSnap so customers can follow their order’s progress through a combination of ourselves and our delivery partners. While we don’t operate a public call centre, our customer care team is available by email and text, and we’re always happy to arrange a call back if a customer prefers to speak by phone or if the matter is urgent. We’re also committed to resolving delivery issues quickly, including refunding postage where appropriate if the Express service does not meet the expected timeframe.
