“Wow. I've just received my order of high quality prints, in all the sizes I'd asked for (I struggled to find places that offered A4 prints AND normal sized photo prints) and it's hardly been 24 hours since I placed the order. Not only am I impressed with the choice, efficiency and quality of this service but I also got an email after placing my order to check I was happy with them before going ahead with printing. They'd spotted that I had a mix of gloss and matt prints - something I hadn't intended. This observation and quick check-in email allowed me to correct that and still the order arrived only 24 hours later. I'm so impressed and happy! Will be using again.”

“I ordered 3 photos from postsnap, they were all poor in quality (overly dark images). I complained and was told (after some poor customer service) that I could return the photos for a refund. I did this and then I went on a 7-week ordeal where they refused to refund me. This was despite me sending Post Snap the photos as per the returns policy directed to me in an email. I was referred to the CEO Stephen Homer, who I found to be uninformed and belligerent. After all, it was his staff that directed me to claim a refund for the poor quality prints. In the end I was forced to raise a dispute via PayPal. They reviewed the case and obviously sided with me because I uploaded the email chain as evidence. Poor prints, terrible customer service. They literally tried to steal my money!”

“My beautiful dog crossed the rainbow bridge 2 weeks ago. And I wanted some large photos of her. I uploaded 5 was very easy. Ordered them and within a few days they arrived. I'm very pleased with the quality and price. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“I’m really happy with the prints thank you ! I wasn’t expecting them to be brilliant as the resolution wasn’t great as they were took on my phone and enlarged them to 10x10 but really impressed with them !! They look fab Will definitely be ordering again !! Customer service is amazing too !”

“After searching for a while I came across post snap. The website was simple, easy to use and not over priced. I’m extremely happy with my photos as I had some made A4 size and was concerned they would look distorted however they look amazing. I will definitely be using postsnap for all future prints and have already recommended to family and friends.”
