“Really disappointed, edited my photo on the website and approved it but when I received the confirmation email I could see the image hadn't cropped properly even although it looked fine when I ordered it. Emailed within minutes of receiving the email to get it corrected only to be told it had already been printed so I would receive it next day delivery. I didn't get it next day delivery and I have a photo I can't use. Won't be using again”

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. When an order is placed on our website, the cropping and positioning of the photo is chosen and approved by the customer before checkout. Once a customer approved order is submitted, it is sent to our print workflow after 30 minutes so we can offer same-day printing up to 3pm 7 days a week. Unfortunately, this means sometimes we’re unable to make changes to personalised orders like yours after 30 minutes. We will always try to be flexible and if the order has not been processed for printing or printed we can try to cancel it and give you the opportunity to make changes and submit another replacement order without paying again. In this case, your order was printed promptly in line with our service promise, but we’re sorry if the final result didn’t meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and are proud that hundreds of customers have given us 5-star reviews on this platform alone for our quality and service. “I ordered 2x2” photos to use for a birthday party table centre piece. The company contacted me prior to printing of all the photos to check I was happy with a randomly selected number of photos, which I was and the finished products were great quality! Would definitely recommend this company for quality and customer service. Thank you”
