“Item was as described but it was dispatched to my billing address and not the delivery address I had specified. DHL fraudulently claimed it had been signed for by me even though I am not living at the billing address and they simply leant it against the front of the property. Fortunately I check my emails multiple times per day and was able to go pick the item up. It's a miracle it hadn't been stolen. The box was damaged but the item seems not to be.”

“Amazing prices and service. At first we went to a competitor who had let us down in regarding their advertised price for the same product, saying they had priced this product too low. Once luxury plumbing confirmed that they couldn’t deliver our order and issued us with a refund we came to poshrads who then delivered the same designer radiator the following day, for the best price on the market. Recommend these guys.. big thanks 🤩”

“Unfortunately, I believed from your picture, that the radiator would be more traditional. It was only some weeks later, when our plumber unwrapped the radiator, that the true style of the product was realised. Although the radiator is very smart, it simply doesn't suit my requirements and I am currently in the process of seeking a buyer. Any suggestions would be much apprexciated.”

“Really helpful gentleman who spent a lot of time with me trying to help me with my search for the appropriate radiator. He could have directed me to the website, but he didn't. He guided me to a lovely radiator at an excellent price. I will absolutely be returning to this company!”

“Beautiful bathroom rad. Very pleased with the purchase. Its just been fitted and looks great quality. Purchased the matching square rad valves which finish it off nicely. Excellent service and communication from PoshRads. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.”

“Great service, i spoke to Shane from poshrads when I was ordering and got great advice and help. This support continued throughout. I bought four radiators to replace existing and they look great. Very happy with my experience as a poshrads customer. I will be returning for more.”

“Great prices, and an efficient response from Shane with the purchase of 3 radiators. Mistake made by their warehouse sending out the wrong valves and some dispute as to whether my plumber was right - he was! - in what I needed, but Shane went above and beyond to sort it all out and get replacement valves to me pronto. We have more rads to purchase in due course and will return to Poshrads.”
