“We returned some radiator valves, with agreement from posh rads, these were received by them and a refund promised. Nearly 4 months later and many emails and phone calls ignored, we still have no refund. Their so called 'excellent customer service' is nothing of the sort!”

“Our radiator, which was going to take a week to be delivered, took +4 months to reach us. Customer service was also very poor and we found it very difficult/impossible to reach anyone.”
