“I spent 6 weeks in a Portland Brown property. I was very impressed with the customer service and how responsive the team was to concerns. They consistently worked to satisfy our requests very promptly and I was very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend Portland Brown in the future.”

“Even though my initial stay had some teething issues especially around the lighting and internet, the response and support received from Portland Brown was overwhelmingly positive! The speed of response to calls and emails is good and there is always proper feedback on whatever complains or issues raised. I also like the idea of leaving simple notes and gifts for your guests whenever a festival or season is approaching - I think it gives a nice personal touch especially to foreigners like myself who may not be so aware of the upcoming festivities. A couple of areas of improvement to make the experience even better: - clothes hooks (behind the door?) and shoe racks would be much appreciated - as recycling is now introduced in the City, to separate out the bins for recyclables vs non-recyclables. I will definitely choose to stay with Portland Brown the next time I am in London!”

“I stayed at Discovery Dock West for nearly 3 months and the stay was wonderful. Special thanks to Portland Brown for making sure my stay was very comfortable. The cleaning services need special mention and the cleaning was perfect every single time. I never had a complaint about anything, Even when small things in the apartment needed fixing, service was always prompt and the issue was fixed in a very short time span. Your service made my stay in London very comfortable. Keep up the good work!”

“Excellent customer service, nothing negative to report during my 5 month stay. Some annoying technical issues with the apartment, like lighting and heating was at times not working properly, but Portland B, responded quickly on all requests.”

“I recently stayed at a Portland Brown property near the Barbican for 3 months during a work related stay in London. The flat was very clean on arrival and kept as such throughout our stay with weekly cleans by friendly cleaners. The property is very secure with a manned reception desk during the day. Well furnished and well equipped, the flat was perfect for our needs and very comfortable”

“My appartment was very nice, clean, new and speciaus, situated close to Canary Wharf. Personal meet & greet and a welcome package in the apparment upon arrival is a sound gesture how to make a guest to feel welcome.”
