"Our experience with Portland Brown was fantastic from start to finish. Nick was very responsive to my initial booking and property questions, and both he and Georgia provided all the information I needed to prepare for our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to Portland Brown\u2019s organization and attention to detail. The flat was both stylish and functional, with lovely furnishings, modern bathrooms, amazing closet and storage space, an abundance of conveniently-located electrical outlets, and lots of natural light. Their cleaning crew did a great job; it was absolutely spotless when we arrived and after they serviced our flat during our stay. The location was perfect\u2014so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, as well as an M&S Foods for groceries and supplies. I reached out to Portland Brown with questions several times while we were there, and each time they (especially Elena) responded extremely promptly and were professional but also very kind and personable. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!"

"Our family of four had a wonderful one-week stay at the Westminster Residences in November. The 3BR\/3BA apartment we rented was clean and comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well appointed. The location, in close proximity to the Westminster tube stop and numerous bus lines, is excellent. Communication with the Portland Brown team was excellent. Best yet, our fourth floor apartment had a view of Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. "

"I recently stayed at Westminster Residences for the second time, and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for the stay. The location is fantastic\u2014quiet and peaceful, yet well-connected to the city, making it easy to get around. \r\n\r\nThe staff at Westminster Residences were incredibly helpful and accommodating. One of the standout features was the concierge service. It made the check-out process much smoother, especially since my flight was in the afternoon. I could leave my bags there for a few hours after checking out in the morning and collect them just before heading to the airport. This convenience was much appreciated. "
