“What a great place to stay! I was posted here by my company for 6 weeks while looking for a more permanent rental in London. I was really pleased with the location and the effort the team went through to attend to all my small and big (sometimes out of the ordinary) requests (extra clothes rail, printing). Loved the monthly surprise treats - and the email check ins to proactively see how I was going. Thanks for an awesome stay - really helped take some of the stress out of moving to a new country.”

“Very prompt and efficient booking and check in service. We were met as promised by a helpful and knowledgeable individual who showed us around the apartment. The apartment was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and there was a welcome pack. The location was ideal for both the City and West End.”

“My stay at Portland Brown's appartment was a sheer pleasure. The flat in Central London was nice, clean, very comfortable and quiet. The people at Portland have always been very helpful and reacted quickly on the one and only compaint that I had during my one month stay (a problem with the shower that got sorted within a day). I have no hesitation in recommending Portland Brown apartments for future accomodation.”
