“I bought the rechargeable table lamp base for my daughter. She absolutely loves it, but chose a different shade, so I sent back the original one and ordered the new colour. As they live on a barge having a table lamp which can be moved around and recharged anywhere is really perfect.”

“Very happy with the lampshades themselves but not at all with the method of delivery and packing. Contacted by DPD on 6 January to say they would deliver that day - this was sooner than I had expected given the messages from Pooky saying that there were delays. Because I was due to be out and very heavy rain was forecast I messaged DPD back to ask that the delivery be made to a neighbour where the parcel could be left undercover even if she was not in. This message was acknowledged by DPD. But when I came home the cardboard box was at my house, left out in the open with no protection at all from the rain (even though some cover was available right next to it). Box was completely soaked through, as in the photo, and a miracle that the lampshades were not damaged given that they were only wrapped in paper, whereas they could have been inside a plastic bag.”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry that you had some trouble with your delivery being left outside. Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched we have very little control over how it is handled. In most cases, they are delivered without a problem however, sometimes this can happen so I do apologise that your box got wet as it was left outside.
