“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order during a promotion where a free gift was clearly advertised with qualifying purchases. Unfortunately, my order arrived without the promised gift. What disappoints me the most is not the missing item itself, but the fact that the company did not honor the terms of its own promotion. As a customer, I expect advertised offers to be fulfilled. If a gift is unavailable, customers should be informed in advance rather than finding out only after receiving their order. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand. I expected much better customer service and honesty from Polished London.”

Hi, Thank you for your review we are a little confused on how you can review a product that is designed to work over a period of time , you review was given after around 5 days we have to respect your feedback but we would of liked for you to use the product more than a few times as results do cary for everyone. “UV light broke pretty much straight away. Light will not switch off. Contacted polished by email a number of times for a replacement and had zero response.”

“The item (toothbrush steriliser) did not work when it arrived (one light was broken). I tried to contact the team several times over several weeks with no answer and no solution. I will have to complain to trading standards. Kind regards, Mathis”

“Normally polished london is all I would buy.. but they have changed the teeth whitening strips amd I don't think they are as effective as they use to be.. won't be buying again”

“they didn't fit in the actual btush I did send a complaint a few weeks ago and someone said they would send replacement heads, which i havent received i have opted out of using the Polished toothbrush (which i absolutely loved)”

“I ordered 2 sets as gifts on 1st November and I still have not received them and it is the 8th Dec. I was told they would send replacements but they haven't been received. I have sent emails but still waiting on details of what is happening. Very vert disappointed”
