The item (toothbrush steriliser) did not work when it arrived (one light was broken). I tried to contact the team several times over several weeks with no answer and no solution. I will have to complain to trading standards. Kind regards, Mathis

Normally polished london is all I would buy.. but they have changed the teeth whitening strips amd I don't think they are as effective as they use to be.. won't be buying again

they didn't fit in the actual btush I did send a complaint a few weeks ago and someone said they would send replacement heads, which i havent received i have opted out of using the Polished toothbrush (which i absolutely loved)

I ordered 2 sets as gifts on 1st November and I still have not received them and it is the 8th Dec. I was told they would send replacements but they haven't been received. I have sent emails but still waiting on details of what is happening. Very vert disappointed

Hi Sorry I cannot review this yet as I still haven't received it, the problem lies with Royal Mail, they say they have sent it to Glasgow by mistake. I am looking forward to receiving my order, so hopefully I will be able to give my review soon. Thank you

Hi Ciara, We have resolved this issue for you via email, the delivery company couldn’t find you so your package was returned to us. We have since re sent your item, refunded your postage and included a complimentary toothpaste. Sorry again for the disappointment caused with the delivery. Hello Anne, Oh this is a shame to read this review, I can see that you ordered a product from us which was on a pre order, upon you ordering it said Pre order and it stated an estimated delivery time for your order, we are well within the pre order time that we estimated upon you ordering and I’m pleased to say that your order has left us now and it was shipped out today on a next day delivery service for you, it’s our priority to get our customers orders out as quickly as we possibly can, and we do our upmost to get back to our customers as quickly as we can, we are sorry to see that we didn’t provide you with a satisfactory service it’s very unlike us! The placing of the order was super fast and easy since you made sure it works because you get the money. However, one year and two months later I still do not have my parcel and your company simply says that you cannot take any responsibility. I paid 95.99 for my parcel and this is money down the drain. You are pathetic, to say the least.

Hell Andre, We are pleased that you had a quick customer experience with our online store. I have just looked into your review and Im sorry to say that you didn’t order over one year ago as you know! also this is a limited edition Christmas gift set box that only launched in October. You live in South Africa and we shipped your parcel out within a day of you ordering from us and unfortunately international postage can take an awful long time, this varies depending on which part of the world a Parcel goes to and it is completely out of our control as it has to travel through different customs which we cannot help or make any quicker as much as we would love for our parcels to arrive fast. Throughout November and December you may not be aware but here in the UK we had severe UK postage strikes throughout the Christmas period so the delay would be longer, many businesses like us unfortunately suffered delays again we can’t control. We did have communication with you via email regarding this and you had your tracking number sent to you so you could track the progress and we are always available via email to help assist and answer any questions at all. We are very sorry that the parcel has taken longer then you wanted and appreciate your order, it’s still in transit and it has just reached South Africa and it’s cleared customs so I would expect it any day now :) if you need your tracking number RE sent then please let us know. Thank you for the feedback too we appreciate the great experience that many of our customers receive and can only learn from the one star! Have a fantastic week and take care Debbie
