“Ordered over a month and still have received anything. Disgraceful”

Hi Ciara, We have resolved this issue for you via email, the delivery company couldn’t find you so your package was returned to us. We have since re sent your item, refunded your postage and included a complimentary toothpaste. Sorry again for the disappointment caused with the delivery. Hello Anne, Oh this is a shame to read this review, I can see that you ordered a product from us which was on a pre order, upon you ordering it said Pre order and it stated an estimated delivery time for your order, we are well within the pre order time that we estimated upon you ordering and I’m pleased to say that your order has left us now and it was shipped out today on a next day delivery service for you, it’s our priority to get our customers orders out as quickly as we possibly can, and we do our upmost to get back to our customers as quickly as we can, we are sorry to see that we didn’t provide you with a satisfactory service it’s very unlike us! “The placing of the order was super fast and easy since you made sure it works because you get the money. However, one year and two months later I still do not have my parcel and your company simply says that you cannot take any responsibility. I paid 95.99 for my parcel and this is money down the drain. You are pathetic, to say the least.”

Hell Andre, We are pleased that you had a quick customer experience with our online store. I have just looked into your review and Im sorry to say that you didn’t order over one year ago as you know! also this is a limited edition Christmas gift set box that only launched in October. You live in South Africa and we shipped your parcel out within a day of you ordering from us and unfortunately international postage can take an awful long time, this varies depending on which part of the world a Parcel goes to and it is completely out of our control as it has to travel through different customs which we cannot help or make any quicker as much as we would love for our parcels to arrive fast. Throughout November and December you may not be aware but here in the UK we had severe UK postage strikes throughout the Christmas period so the delay would be longer, many businesses like us unfortunately suffered delays again we can’t control. We did have communication with you via email regarding this and you had your tracking number sent to you so you could track the progress and we are always available via email to help assist and answer any questions at all. We are very sorry that the parcel has taken longer then you wanted and appreciate your order, it’s still in transit and it has just reached South Africa and it’s cleared customs so I would expect it any day now :) if you need your tracking number RE sent then please let us know. Thank you for the feedback too we appreciate the great experience that many of our customers receive and can only learn from the one star! Have a fantastic week and take care Debbie

“I am very sorry to say just how disappointed I am with this product. I was really looking forward to using my teeth whitener pen which arrived in a lovely packaged box. The pen itself was very nicely styled but I’m afraid the quality of the product let it all down. When applying the product there was no visible difference to the colour of my teeth.”

“I don't find the water flosser very good at all , the water runs out of the holder very quick , before I have had a chance to clean my teeth , it does not come up the pipes neatly , I get covered in water , the dynamics are all wrong , it just doesn't work well sadly .”

“For me I found that it wasn’t easy to use. I needed to push my oral b brush head in to allow the steriliser to close properly. I didn’t want to be to forceful with the brush head in case the clip broke off. When I reached out to polished London to check if this steriliser was compatible with all brush heads I never heard back from them. I then noticed that only 2 out of 3 uv lights are working properly. Once again I reached out to them and only got a response back 4 days later informing me that my query will be looked into after I provided an order which happened to be on the subject heading of the email that I had sent. Overall in my opinion the product is a gimmick and the customer service is the worse I’ve ever encountered and will not be purchasing anything from this company again.”

“Has the formula changed because the strips are nowhere near what they used to be. They aren’t as ‘sticky’ and I haven’t noticed much difference in terms of whitening- not pleased”

“I ordered 2 Christmas boxes on the 20th November 2021 by the 13th December I still had not received the boxes I sent an email to enquire when delivery would be expected, I received a reply to say the order had not been processed for some reason??? I sent another emailing asking if the order was processed via express delivery, that email was ignored I never got a reply. The order was finally processed on 14th December over 3 weeks after I initially ordered It is now 30/12/2021 and I am still waiting on my order!!! Very Very disappointing”

Hello thank you for your review. Please could you clarify what doesnt work? if you have a faulty item we would of course be happy to replace it for you. I cant see any email from you to inform us of this so if you could let us know we can help with this for you :) Our UVC sterilser is a clinically proven device, we have a private clinical study on this which states 99.9% of bacteriais is destroyed, its a pretty powerful gadget so its disappointing to hear of your review.
