“My order wasn’t sent out straight away but when I emailed to check what had happened the problem was sorted straight away & I was sent an extra gel & whitening toothpaste which I wasn’t expecting so very good customer service.”

“The delivery was quick and the items are beautifully presented in the gift box. However there are no instructions on how often to use the products or how long to leave the strips on etc. For this reason I would not purchase again”

“The product was bought for Christmas presents but I was disappointed as when Lisa MC Hugh or diggama were advertising the packaging looked different it appeared that it would be in a presentation box with brushes, abit disappointing and maybe people should be made aware that it doesn't come in the box. Apologies if I read it wrong”

Your thoughts and opinions are always valued and appreciated, the beautiful gift set doesn't have additional packaging as the products are all full sized products that come in the presentation box, it would be a waste of paper by us adding additional unnecessary packaging to an already packaged box, this is shown online in our imagery also. “Still in process if trying all the products but looking positive so far . My teeth yellowed with menopause and hormone imbalance as i dont drink red wine or caffeine at all so trying to get them back to any shade if white is very hard but im pleased with how they are looking so far and they feel really clean”

“I was disappointed if I am totally honest. I expected my dentures to be sparkling clean but I was surprised when there was still residue on them even after putting them back in for a second time. Not very happy at all.”

Hello Pamela, Thank you for letting us know you aren’t overly happy with your Purchase, it would be much better to speak directly with us so that we can help and advise you on how your using the product. For the capsule it works by removing bacteria, and dirt on retainers and also dentures, however you eat with dentures and they would hold more dirt on them, it would be best to perhaps clean them first under the tap them pop into your capsule, I’m sure it would make a big difference to your results 🙂 If we can help further or you have any questions please do email us as we are here fo help - hello@polished-london.com

“Bought whitening strips. Tried 4, gave daughter some to try. Wasn't impressed. Contacted Polished who replied very quickly and sent replacement. Not tried them yet.”

“I really love the flavor of this mouthwash and I think it does a great job of removing the sticky residue left over by the whitening strips. My first thought about the black packaging bottle was - wow this looks opulent! However, my 2nd thought was - it’s so thick how is this bottle going to be recycled?”
