Disappointing and costly way to discover that only a professional whitening treatment provided by your dentist is the only way to get white teeth!

The strips for the bottom teeth will not stick at all and keep coming off disappointed as i was excited to try.

I started using polished london after seeing a review i love there products but customer service could be better after one of my products were missing it took me to have to comment on fb and several emails to get a response to which i did recieve my item I then sent another email on how i felt with the customer service i recieved it has never been responded too

We appreciate all feedback that we receive good and bad as it helps us to be the very best that we can possibly be, customer satisfaction and care is at the heart of what we do, this has always been the case for Polished London. Just following on from your feedback here is ours, You kindly ordered from us, which we hugely appreciate. As you know your order consisted of the toothpaste tablets, a bamboo toothbrush and an ultra white toothpaste, you then received your order and You was unfortunately missing a product, the AloeWhite mouthwash, you contacted us via Facebook and I replied to you straight away within minutes, the next working day your replacement AloeWhite was sent to you on a 24 hour delivery method so that you would receive it as quickly as possible, I also apologized for this human error as it’s not something we like to happen, our number one aim is to deliver our parcels quickly, safely and effectively, however we aren’t perfect and mistakes happen from time to time, sorry once again for it happening to you. You did then email us while your parcel was in transit Saying; “i can't help but feel that an error like mine caused my not my fault should have this sort of gesture too” Once again we are sorry for the mistake that we caused, but we did deliver and replace your missing product from your order the next working day, maybe that was not enough for you and you felt you wanted some free products from us. I hope you like the products you ordered from us and enjoy using them it’s unfortunate that we made the error but again apologies from us for it happening. Kindest regards, Debbie

I have been using the teeth whitening powder for a couple of months now and have only noticed a very slight difference - was hoping for more of a difference in all honesty.

Minimal difference in appearance of teeth. Using bleach powder, pen, mouth wash, and strips. High Hope's after reading the reviews but disappointed so far unfortunately.

It took 3 weeks for my order to come which I was really annoyed about as I had ran out out my products and re ordered before my wedding which they had a week to come and then it turned out it took 3 weeks for my order to come. After 2 weeks I emailed asking where my order was and I got a reply in a weeks time the day I received my order saying she was sorry she didn’t know what happened my order as to why it wasn’t sent out and offered me a 10% discount and to email her the next time I’m purchasing off them and she would give me a 10% discount. Was extremely disappointed in the service with this company and for that to be all there was offered to me after waiting all that time. Will not be re purchasing from this company .

Hello, Thank you for sending us your feedback. I can see that you ordered from us and we sent your order out for you within a couple of days of ordering, however when you emailed us a few weeks later with your enquiry of your parcel not arriving unfortunately it hadn’t moved from our delivery partners hub office - Royal Mail, which is unusual as I couldn’t track it further. There have been many delays over the last few months as they have had so many strikes so it does cause a delay and a knock on effect for us and many more business’s which then sadly affects our customers waiting times, this is something we would rather we avoided . With the strikes happening it results to parcels mounted up. I emailed you myself and i apologized to you for the delay as our orders are usually shipped within two days of ordering this is something very important to us as we want our customers to receive the parcel as fast as we can. A replacement parcel was sent to you as we couldn’t trace the parcel from The hun and as a nice thing to do from small business I offered you a 10% discount as an apology from us as kindness is important for the delay this causes you, the offer still is there if you wish to continue to shop with us, Wishing you a lovely week ahead☺️ Kind regards, Debbie

Waited 2 weeks for my order. When I emailed I was promised a free whitening pen as an apology. Order arrived and no whitening pen! Disappointing

The idea of the gift set is a good buy, offers great value for money, and its a great way to try new products before continuing to purchase. Unfortunately, I did not notice any difference with the teeth whitening products and waited to use all my products before writing this review. The teeth whitening strips are easy to use and apply once you get the hang of it, I have used other strips previously and noticed better results. The whitening powder is a great concept but the only real difference is you feel your teeth are cleaner after using like an intense tooth paste, I wouldn't recommend.
