For me I found that it wasn’t easy to use. I needed to push my oral b brush head in to allow the steriliser to close properly. I didn’t want to be to forceful with the brush head in case the clip broke off. When I reached out to polished London to check if this steriliser was compatible with all brush heads I never heard back from them. I then noticed that only 2 out of 3 uv lights are working properly. Once again I reached out to them and only got a response back 4 days later informing me that my query will be looked into after I provided an order which happened to be on the subject heading of the email that I had sent. Overall in my opinion the product is a gimmick and the customer service is the worse I’ve ever encountered and will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
