“Unprofessional & overcharge Over the past few months our company has used Pocket Receptionists call answering service. There have been multiple times where our calls have been handled very poorly by their representatives or not answered at all, even though we have paid extra for the “24/7” answering service. They also overcharged us at every opportunity possible. The on average rates we actually payed were around 3x advertised once they get you with all the “out of bundle extras”, penalties and add ons which they don't even notify you that you are incurring. In general the experience was not a good one and definitely not the sort of company I would recommend. Avoid!”

Hi Kieran, I'm sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with our service and feel that your calls haven't been handled very well. I have reviewed your account and the feedback you have left us, and I can see that you have left a significant amount of positive feedback on your calls. We pride ourselves on our transparency and provide the opportunity to leave feedback on every call. When we first onboard a customer, we understand that it can take a bit of time to refine the call handling instructions to get them perfect, which is why we gave you free call recording for your first month. We openly encourage our customers to listen to their calls, especially over the first month, to help refine the call handling. I can see that you utilised this feature and provided us with some excellent feedback and suggestions for revisions on your notes. I have looked over your notes and I can see that when you signed up, you opted for our PR30 package under our 99p offer. As your call volumes were higher than you expected, you went over your call bundle. As a courtesy, we added a credit to your account to refund you for this cost and upgraded your package. We are sorry to see that you had to resort to leaving reviews when we have tried our very best to help resolve your queries. If we can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help.

“Pocket Receptionist is now taking care of our inbound calls and we cannot thank them enough. I enjoy their easy transition and customer service, which means they listen to our concerns and action quickly the resolutions. They also seamlessly integrate with our online VIOP”

“Fantastic, would not be without Pocket Receptionist, I am often asked who is the new member of staff. Money-saving, we no longer need staff to cover others holidays. Free's uptime, when unable to answer the phone, messages check simply via the app. If you don't use this company, there is only one question to ask you................Why?”

“I am so happy to have found this service, you can say it’s a complete gamechanger. The system is fluid, easy to navigate, and is totally professional. Any new business startup needs the help of Pocket Receptionist. The ladies that answer the calls are so professional and the customer service is excellent. Everything they have done allows me to move our business forwards to the next level without worrying about new calls coming in. Added to this the new extended business hours allow a further step to full 24/7 support for your business.”

“Hi Readers, If you are looking for a receptionist service, then don't look any further as I found Pocket Receptionist after having very poor experience with atleast 2 companies before hiring Pocket Receptionist. “Working with Pocket is a real pleasure; they keep in regular contact to make sure that we're happy with the service they're providing. It's reassuring to know that calls we cannot answer are being handled professionally. We've just added the Saturday service, so we can advertise having extended opening hours. My only quibble would be the mobile app - this needs some work, especially not being able to edit existing statuses. That's just a minor thing and would not put me off recommending Pocket.”

“Pocket Receptionist provides me with the freedom to run my business. By answering the phone professionally and taking messages, this allows me the time to be able to reply to all incoming enquiries, when I am able to do so. By providing me with the callers exact requirements, I am able to respond with all the information that my potential customers require, at my initial contact with them. This is really useful and provides a very professional image for my company.”

“Pocket Receptionist are brilliant. We have had the pleasure of using their facilities for approximately a year and we cannot fault them. We receive very details call notifications which let us know exactly what our customer requires from us and a lot of the time PR are able to answer our clients questions through the information we have provided. “We've used PR for more than a year now and have found the service excellent - the friendly and flexible team have always answered and fielded our calls professionally and promptly. They took the time to understand how our business works and obtain all the necessary information so they could handle our calls. Their technical team also went above and beyond to make their system work with our phone system. Recommended!”
