“This company is the worst of all because it prevents contact and sending questions. I want to return my purchase Rothenberger Electric Multi Tool from 14/08/2024 . Please advise me how to do this. I sent you email with this request but the email is wrong or blocked. I cannot contact this company. I want to return this tool, it is not useful for me, it is too heavy and noisy and does not perform the expected functions. I want my money back.”

“Brilliant items for what I need. However did find the 2 boxes contained some different parts to the other. One came with an extension piece and the other didn’t. Good job I fitted them both to ideal instincts, which didn’t need the extension anyway”
