“Never used or heard of this supplier before, but their price for new pipe benders could not be matched plus free postage and packing. The product was delivered quickly although the wrong one was sent out, this was dealt with as soon as they were made aware. I had thrown the packaging away as well before realising the error. They arranged a collection and sent out another ( 24 hour post ) The thing that stands out is this suppliers customer service, they deal with matters straight away with no delays, and the best thing is they supply a phone number and answer it. First Class”

“Genuine part that should last at a reasonable price and fast delivery. Easy fix. If you have a slow to fill toilet with Siamp fittings try replacing this first.Split washers are not always visible at first inspection.”
