“Ordered this blanking off plug mainly because the picture showed it could easily be tightened by hand and had a cross in the cap to help with fitting. The product I received was totally different and will require me to take the whole cistern to peices to fit it.”

“The Good would of been excellent if the next day delivery had occurred, however it did not. The product itself is good and easy to install, especially in a concealed cistern as I had.”

“They offered the boiler which I bought and paid for, sent a tracking number for 24 hour delivery. After 3 days having not been received, I called the sales who then explained there was no boilers available and the manager failed to advise the position so they then refunded the money. Very disappointed in this service”
