“I only gave 1* because I ordered an item that when I checked it said that it had been dispatched but after 3 working days I phoned only to be told it was out of stock, so why did they take my money knowing full well they did not have the item in stock, they are not the only ones to do this to me in the past couple of weeks so why should I have to part with my money and then have to wait about a week to get it back.”
