“Good delivery, good product, stopped my toilet flush from leaking into the toilet bowl, easy to fit, no plumbing skills required aside from turning off the water. Never fitted one before, only £4 including delivery absolute bargain compared to cost of a plumber.”

“Would have scored you excellent except for experience with Parcelforce, which was irritating. They pushed a card through the letterbox Thursday afternoon saying there had been no reply. I had been indoors all afternoon and no-one rang the bell!. I had also stated on your form to leave parcel by front door if no reply. I was going to be out Friday morning so left their card attached to letterbox saying to leave the parcel if no reply. When I got back there was another card, saying they'd tried to deliver but had no reply. The card said I could collect parcel from my post office, but when I walked up there the Parcelforce man hadn't called in, so it was a fruitless journey and I had to return on Saturday. Hassle!”
