“Your service was excellent. The same cannot be said of Parcelforce who were appalling. Had to pick it up from the nearest sub Post office in the end . They were too lazy to deliver to my village on two successive days. I suggest you drop them when you can and you try one of the many other couriers out there.”

“Placed an order on the 7th of October. Paid extra for fast delivery with parcel force, 1-3 working days. The item has never arrived. Never received a confirmation email of the order. I had to search local shops to finish a project over weekend. I am filling a claim on PayPal. Appropriate feedback was writers on Trust Pilot too. You are just idiots.”
