“Excellent service - I phoned prior to ordering and got a good response. I had difficulty paying via Chrome and was advised to go onto another internet provider which worked. The item came promptly, well boxed and with instructions. The only down side was at my end - the plumber seemed unable to install it (having spent 2 fruitless hours on it), but I phoned Siamp technical dept in Oldham and they talked him through it in five minutes. Having lived for 5 months during lockdown without a flush mechanism, I am well pleased with the valve now installed!!”
