“Did not receive the product ordered, on the website wrong picture shown. Had to pay for the item return, although, I had paid for deliver. Customer service a nightmare to contact. I would not use this company again.”

“My order came without delay. Unfortunately, the item I received was not as described and illustrated online. However, after contacting Plumbing Supplies Direct to inform them of this, they responded and apologised for their mistake straight away. They asked me for a photo of the item I had received and then agreed to send out a corrected replacement as per my original order. The replacement arrived just as quickly as did the 1st order within a couple of days. If it hadn't been that the 1st item sent was incorrect, I would have given 5 stars.”

“I purchased a repair kit for a Rothenberger Superfire 2 I have a problem with the Pieso unit not working. So I contacted them via their email customer service, you get a a automated reply ticket. I have now emailed 5 times and each time the ticket is closed without a reply! This has now been going on since the 8th of July, So phone call tomorrow. So I can only give them 1 star for their email customer service.”
