“This is to review PSD, not just a pot of silicone grease. There was a hiccup with the order and even just a small cost item the mark of good customer relations is that it was dealt with effectively and over the 'phone by PSD staff. A compliment to them - I am not associated with the company. When sorted the item was delivered promptly.”

“Website took my order & payment, then I was informed goods despatched, on fact they were not in stock, so not despatched... I had to email them to find out what was happening, then informed the goods were due in, I am still waiting. Not very good service!”
