Hi Adam, Apologies on behalf of Royal Mail, looks like they're a tad slower than normal. Looks like they missed you on Saturday and you have arranged re-delivery so hopefully all is OK now.

I ordered this item a few days after it was fitted the mechanism inside broke. The push up and down doesn’t work, the metal ring piece inside snapped. I emailed the company 5 days ago to complain and ask if they have a resolution to resolve the issue. I got no responses from them!? Item is faulty and not fit for purpose. I’m not happy with this. No resolution from them, no replacement part? No refund? No answer….? Very disappointed. Won’t order here again. Arrived on time and looked like the image. Only problem is the item is broken and doesn’t work! Can’t use it

Hello, Firstly I'm sorry the item is damaged, I will get a replacement sent out. I have searched our email and website contact forms and cannot see any contact from you so can only assume your email ended up in our spam filter and was therefore never seen by us.

Hi Sarah I’m very sorry the button arrived damaged, I will arrange a replacement to be sent to you. I have checked for your email and can’t see that you had emailed us, it may have got caught in our junk folder

Ordered goods Friday with next day delivery when goods had not arrived on Monday tried calling company within their office hours to find them closed - sent an email which they replied that the attempt to despatch goods within 2 to 3 days as they are small and not Amazon however my goods were despatched the Monday but only arrived Wednesday around 3pm - don’t bother paying this lot extra for special delivery as you wasting your time and money - will not use them again unless I have no other alternative

Hi Helmut, having had a look at your order, you placed your order at nearly 3pm on Friday. Our website does clearly state that we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days so it should have been clear to you come 5pm on Friday (through the lack of a "we've dispatched your order" email) that you would not be receiving your order on Monday as it had clearly not been dispatched. We dispatched your order at 9am Monday morning - there really isn't much more we could have done. Looking at the DPD tracking page, there were some delays which we are sorry for on DPD's behalf.

I think i was mis- led, the picture on the web site clearly shown black but when delivered in turned out to be more silver. I had to pay for delivery and return.

Hi John, unfortunately thee platforms don't let us configure when it sends out a review invitation (factoring in the Royal Mail strikes, for example). I can see your order is being delivered today.

Sorry to hear that Ian. I've had a look and it still looks OK, just moving slowly through the RM system due to the strikes. We dispatched it on Monday which was the soonest we could after receiving your order :) If you haven't received it by Mon/Tues please do let us know and we'll send your order out again.
