Hi Nadeem, sorry about this. DPD tried to deliver to you twice but found you weren't in both times so they returned your order back to us yesterday. As a result, we processed your refund yesterday, although sometimes this may take 24 hours to appear for you.
I am sorry you didn't like the pipe or fittings. Both are made by Polypipe BS EN 12201, the British standard. We sell lots of coils of pipe along with the fittings, and most customers are very happy with the quality. If you have any installation issues, please get in touch so I can walk you through any issues.
Hi Carole, we're sorry that your order was not delivered by DPD. Looking into it, DPD tried to deliver twice to you but with no success. You contacted us earlier today on the busiest day of the week expecting us to give you our technical expertise and advice. We are more than happy to help our customers where we can but we don’t promise this as we are simply a supplier of plumbing products (in fact most of our customers are in the trade).
If you feel the product is faulty, you may return to us for inspection and if so we can issue a replacement or provide a full refund.

“Ordered goods Friday with next day delivery when goods had not arrived on Monday tried calling company within their office hours to find them closed - sent an email which they replied that the attempt to despatch goods within 2 to 3 days as they are small and not Amazon however my goods were despatched the Monday but only arrived Wednesday around 3pm - don’t bother paying this lot extra for special delivery as you wasting your time and money - will not use them again unless I have no other alternative”
Hi Helmut, having had a look at your order, you placed your order at nearly 3pm on Friday. Our website does clearly state that we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days so it should have been clear to you come 5pm on Friday (through the lack of a "we've dispatched your order" email) that you would not be receiving your order on Monday as it had clearly not been dispatched. We dispatched your order at 9am Monday morning - there really isn't much more we could have done.
Looking at the DPD tracking page, there were some delays which we are sorry for on DPD's behalf.

I've had a look and it still looks OK, just moving slowly through the RM system due to the strikes. We dispatched it on Monday which was the soonest we could after receiving your order :)
