“Needed a replacement flush valve for my ideal standard toilet. The part was discontinued. Plumbandbits had the recommendation on the website. Ordered and delivered as stated. I managed to fit and working fine.”
“Very happy with goods ordered delivered when stated will order again the only thing I did not like was the delivery was left downstairs and not to my door”
“To be fair a reasonable service but the mailing cost for such a small item being a lightweight plastic toilet roll insert was excessive other than that all was acceptable”
“Amazing service from plumbinbits. I always buy my plumbing and heating consumables from plumbinbits. Great selection of stock at a very competitive price. Also offer good delivery options at a fair price. Had one part get damaged in delivery and they sent out the new part the same day. Very good communication and experience. Thank you”
“Delivered within the promised time. Value for money - wow.
I bought the pop up waste to repair the existing unit. The spigot had snapped (not bad after 17 years of use) and I needed the exact replacement to cannibalise.
Small criticism: the unit does not bear any identifying name/part # etc. Had it done so that would have saved me a lot of trawling through multiple sites and pictures when trying to locate”
