“Ordered part (price was excellent) paid for next day delivery (with only 20 minutes left before next day deadline) and boom💥 the very next day, it arrives FAB”
“Purchased a direct oem replacement
1 x Ideal Standard Conceala 2 Dual Flush Plate Chrome S4399AA
Total Paid £46.10
Part is nothing like the original and of really bad quality? Have now swapped out another one from a disused toilet so that the cistern flushes again.”
Good Morning, I am sorry you are not happy with the Quality of the Ideal flush plate, Ideal have changed the plate quite a while ago and removed there logo from them, They so a Stainless steel version that is much stronger. Please feel free to return the one you don't like for a full refund.
