“I did my usual research to find an exact replacement toilet seat for my comfort height Roca Gap Square toilet, even rung Roca themselves to maje sure the code matched that which was showing on various websites. Then I found PlumbinBits and saw that the seat with matching code was being offered for sale at less than half than what Roca was selling it for and less than I'd found it on other sites. I looked at the Trustpilot reviews for the company to satisfy myself that I was dealing with someone reputable as I noticed that the website stated 2026, so I thought they'd only been in business this year. I spent ages trying to get the measurements of my current seat to match those shown in the diagram on the Web page then contacted them to doubly make sure I was going to get the seat I needed. I also saw that an ex VAT & inc VAT price was given so decided to be cheeky and ask if I could claim VAT exemption being disabled as I'd done for the fittings of my wet room. The answer came back as no, but I thought what the heck, if you don't ask you never know ;) I took the plunge, placed the order and to my delight it arrived via DPD the following day! Well worth the £7.50 p&p. And it fits like a dream. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as I had a great experience, from first contact (despite the "no"!) to receiving the product.
