Hi Carole, we're sorry that your order was not delivered by DPD. Looking into it, DPD tried to deliver twice to you but with no success. They would have been willing to arrange a suitable time for you if you had got in contact with them directly using the calling cards they provide. Having said that, the order is on its way back to us and we will happily refund you once it arrives.
