“I spotted that Pirates Cave supplied a battery box together with strap.,at a good price,phoned up for an extra dimension which was checked there and then .I ordered online and the delivery arived just 2 days later .Great helpful service.Thankyou.”

“Very easy ordering process but a small glitch when charging to my card, as I could not stop a delivery charge being made, even though I am collecting at store. No doubt the very helpful staff will sort this out. Charles”

“Pirates Cave probably have the friendliest, well informed, most knowledgeable staff I have ever come across in such a specialised store as this. The new location and size is just perfect and if for some shocking reason they don't have something you need in stock - don't worry, it will be ordered for you in moments. I have nothing but praise for Pirates Cave, even getting my bulldog a life jacket wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be! Allowing him to try them on was a priceless moment! Thank you.”

“I recently acquired a "weekend project" and needed to overhaul some of the navigation equipment, I went into Pirates Cave and I found the staff to be very welcoming and knowledgeable, some of the equipment was not in stock but they were able to source the parts within a day or so, I went in for one thing and came out with 2 tins of Antifoul and a new Henri Lloyd jacket! If you are looking for helpful staff and a good deal I would highly recommend!”
