“I am so glad that Kevin Harris was kind enough to be on the top 2 days in a row by leading the ITIL 4 course which I attended to. He didn’t change his enthusiasm for a second, he was so committed with his role and the way he provides all of this information which is not so easy to understand, is the thing that kept my attention on the training. He gives life examples, he does warm-ups and he involves everyone in a cozy and non-formal way in the learning which is something that makes everyone comfortable and not exhausted in the end of the day.
