“There was some good information in the course, but some of the slides had wrong pictures or typos. And in my opinion the questions where sometimes constructed confusingly. Sometimes i had to think "what do they want me to answer" and not "what is the right answer".”

“I have no complaints regarding the service provided, but prospective users should be aware that the training documents are verbose and difficult to process, making the development of practical knowledge laboursome. Understanding how to answer the questions presented is easier via trial and error, but is unfortunately not ideal as the language used and questions asked by this program do not perfectly align with that of the test.”

“The on line content was great and well organized. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars was that we weren't able to get any direct communication with the instructor. This was to a large degree our own fault, as my team and I waited until the last two months of course availability to start the training. Apparently, the assigned instructor was busy with other things at that time and could not attend to us. I believe if we had started the training when we first purchased it, this might not have been an issue for us. We will certainly look to do more trainings with Pink Elephant in the future.”
