Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Sky Watcher, ZWO, DwarfLab, Unistellar, Bresser, National Geographic, Browning, Bushnell, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. Hello, the parcel was shipped 'on time' on the day it was ordered, however, it did not arrive on time the next day (due to a delay with the courier), it arrived the day after. Please accept our apologies for this delay.

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed at 15.30hrs, just after our 14.00hrs cut off for same day shipping, the order arrived well within the 2-5 working day service for delivery chosen.

“PicStop were very efficient but using the Post Office is a mistake, they never deliver on time. They claimed that they tried to deliver but no one was in, well we were. CCTV proves that they did not come. This is not a one off it happens every time. Once when we were expecting a 48 hour tracked parcel we checked it every day and it was in the Bristol depot for five days and then took two more days to be delivered from the local sorting depot.”

Thank you for your feedback - Sorry to hear that Royal Mail claimed there was a delivery attempt, this should not happen, hopefully you will also make a complaint to them as we have one from our side. Regarding delivery, you should not have been expecting a 48hr service, this is not something we offer, or you can choose online, the item shipped on a 2-5 Working day service and (according to tracking) it arrived (photographed) on the 4th 'working day', and therefore within the estimate.
