Hi all the products you supplied have been fine my only disappointment was with the delivery time which from memory was over two weeks

Please accept our apologies for the delay with this delivery, it should have arrived within a matter of days. I apologise if the delay caused any inconvenience.
I am 50/50 with this company. First purchase OK but second got missing in Royal Mail transit. They refused to take any responsibility and referred to PayPal which refused claim as well. Parcels are not insured so beware if have a rouge postman.

This 2nd order was shipped to the same address using the same Royal Mail tracked and insured service. Royal Mail offered confirmation of the delivery online and verbally to the address provided. Customer opened case with Paypal of their own volition.

Apologies for the delay with this delivery, we did ship on time, however there were some delays with mail shipped after May 6th 2019 bank holiday. Thank you for your understanding.
The prices of picstop are reasonable and the free delivery is good who like wait longer for their products, I think you should give options to faster delivery were you can charge a little extra for next day delivery. Other than that it also should be sign for delivery because in past my post was stolen or delivered elsewhere.

We do already offer faster delivery options on most products with the exception of some low value ones. All orders are shipped on a tracked service, delivery is our responsibility. We would not knowingly ship to an address where mail has been stolen.
Delivery took 16 days from placing the order.

Apologies for the slow delivery of this item, it was shipped on time.
You sent the item in a box with the contents written on it in large font. Birthday present ruined. Why it couldn’t have been placed in just an ordinary box or even a picstop branded box I don’t know. Instead left in the manaufacturers “this is a telescope” packaging! Thanks

I am sorry to hear this, if we had been made aware this was a surprise birthday present in advance of the order shipping of course we would have made sure the contents of the box had been hidden.
I ordered a memory card which didn't turn up after 15 working days. Contacted Picstop who swiftly arranged a refund.

Apologies for the delay with this delivery, it was shipped on time with Royal Mail and should have arrived after a matter of days, we outlined our process for dealing with the delay for the customer and applied a refund after a short additional period.
Chose the courier next day service at £8. Never arrived. When I queried was told it had been sent normal mail in error, this meant I had a dissapointed by st Christmas and the memory card didn’t arrive until the new year. I was given £2 compensation which I find fairly poor

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the error by our warehouse during the busy Christmas period. As soon as we were aware of the issue we (from this review) apologised and refunded the Next day delivery fee of £7.99 and we also refunded a further £2.99 as compensation via Paypal.
Quality goods provided, delivered late (1 week), and although reflecting excellent value for money, it was wrong memory card. What more would I wish for? Check your order carefully, preferably before you open. Easy options for paying are an advantage.

I purchased an item (wi-fi memory stick) that I believed was not working properly spoke to someone on the live chat and was told to contact the manufacturers of the product about the faults, I am aware of my rights concerning purchases on the internet and the response of your agent was not what I expected, I was considering purchasing the 128meg version but I dont think I will bother now, In fact your agent just lost you a customer. Goodbye.

We were contacted and advised of an issue with the Wireless Stick, the data transfer was buffering. We apologised & acknowledged there may have been a problem, however this is a relatively new product and the issue was not something we were completely familiar with, we asked the customer if they would not mind contacting the manufacturer in the first instance (we supplied the contact details) There are a number of factors that could affect the wireless transfer with this product, and rather than simply replacing the stick (which we did offer to do if SanDisk advised) we thought it would be sensible to seek the advice of the manufacturer. It seems that even though we did offer to replace the product the fact that we suggested the customer contact SanDisk in the first instance seems to have upset them, this was not our intention at all. As we have stated we are happy to replace the product if it is faulty, if we cannot determine there is a fault (with SanDisk's help) we will refund.
You were let down badly by UK mail. I paid extra for 3day delivery and it took 7 after much hassle with UKmail. They failed to advise me of why the package was not delivered and did not reply to my emails. They gave no real reason why the problem occurred. Without Paul at your customer service the problem would have not been solved. Sorry but would think twice before using you again. Blame UKmail! John Cook

The delivery failed on the 3rd *Working* day & the customer re-arranged the delivery for the following day. It transpired that the location was not easy to find and the address could have been more descriptive. Delivery made on the 4th *Working* day, one day overdue, apologies for this delay.
