PicStop were very efficient but using the Post Office is a mistake, they never deliver on time. They claimed that they tried to deliver but no one was in, well we were. CCTV proves that they did not come. This is not a one off it happens every time. Once when we were expecting a 48 hour tracked parcel we checked it every day and it was in the Bristol depot for five days and then took two more days to be delivered from the local sorting depot.
