You were let down badly by UK mail. I paid extra for 3day delivery and it took 7 after much hassle with UKmail. They failed to advise me of why the package was not delivered and did not reply to my emails. They gave no real reason why the problem occurred. Without Paul at your customer service the problem would have not been solved. Sorry but would think twice before using you again. Blame UKmail!
